On our recent trip to New York City we spent a lot of time at Chelsea Market. It is simply stunning. I love historic buildings that have been turned into something wonderful again. Chelsea Market is near the high line so it’s easy to walk to!
The market is full of wonderful stores and restaurants! We went early in the morning and it was pretty quiet so you could walk around and get a good look at everything. By lunchtime it was packed!
We spent a good amount of time at Los Tacos! We ate there one day and went back for more another day. As you can see we were first in line because the closed sign is still up in the picture above! I take tacos seriously.
The tacos are the best I have ever had. On the countertop there were these big containers full of limes and pico de gallo! I wanted to take the container of pico and run away with it!
Of course there is always room for dessert.
I wish we had more time because there were more restaurants than we could fit into one trip!
Look at this spice shop! It was beautiful. I just called spices beautiful…my foodie daughter is in my head!!
There are offices above the market. I love this wood sign with all of the Companies on it!
If you are in NYC be sure to make time for Chelsea Market! It is fabulous indeed!
